When you sign up and log in, we may collect your name, email address and other data you provide voluntarily.
When you sign in with Google, we may receive basic profile information, including your name and email address.

The data is used to authenticate users and give them access to their personal account and the features of the learning platform.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell users' personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared with services required for the platform to work, in accordance with their privacy policies.

Users may contact the SOY NATIVO administration to request the deletion of their account and the related personal data.

Card payments and auto-renewal
Card payments are processed by the Stripe payment system. The school does not receive or store your card number: we only see the card type and its last 4 digits.
If you turn on auto-renewal (monthly payment for lessons according to your fixed times), we store: the chosen package and price per lesson, your fixed times, the card type and last 4 digits, your Stripe customer and payment method identifiers, the date, time and IP address of your acceptance of the auto-renewal rules, and the history of charges. This data is used only to charge you under the rules you accepted, to notify you of each charge and to resolve payment issues.
Auto-renewal is turned off through the school administration: with the “Request to turn off” button in the “Schedule” section of your account, in the support chat, or by email at depcomunicacion@soynativo.eu. From the moment of the request no new charges are made and the card is detached from the school.
